The challenge
The Chief Officer Awards — WashingtonExec's awards program for GovCon C-suite leaders — runs on a system, not a page. Every season it has to take nominations from hundreds of executives, get clean structured data into staff hands without manual re-keying, hold the program's brand together across web and stage, and deliver a live show that doesn't wobble. One partner runs the engine, the intake automation, the event media, and the brand in lockstep.
What we ran
- A custom nomination engine — structured intake, validation, staff notifications, and CSV exports straight into the team's workflow
- Backend automation removing the manual re-keying step between nomination and judging
- The awards website, built and maintained each cycle around the engine
- Event media — the big-screen keynote presentation and audio production, including voiceovers
- Event and web branding, graphics, and social ad creative
