Built once, then run
every month.

  1. Scoping call

We define your domain, the sources that matter and what counts as a signal.

  2. Build

We build and tune your engine once, for a one-time fee quoted after the call.

  3. Pilot

Your first 30 days are a pilot: real briefs, tuned with you.

  4. Monthly run

We run it, watch it and keep it accurate as your priorities change.

A person stays in the loop.

Judgment stays with your team. On Synapse, a JMG analyst reviews high-stakes items before they reach you.

See it running

The same architecture in three industries: a scheduled agent, an editorial standard, strict source discipline and reviewable output.

WashingtonExecGovCon media · Cortex pattern

An editorial desk that reads its sources before the workday starts and hands editors publish-ready drafts in house voice, governed by a style guide the newsroom owns. Draft-only by design: nothing reaches an audience unaccepted.

What people ask before they start.

What is the 30-day pilot?

Your first 30 days are a working pilot with real briefs on your domain, and we tune sources and filters with you. It’s billed at your tier’s normal monthly rate. If it isn’t earning its place, you can stop at the end of it.

Why is the build a separate fee?

Every domain is different. The build covers choosing and connecting sources, defining what counts as a signal and tuning output to your voice. It’s quoted once after a short scoping call. The monthly price covers running it.

How do I receive the briefs?

By email, in Slack or on a page you own. Cortex adds a dashboard with search and filters, and Synapse can feed your CRM or internal tools.

Where does the information come from?

Public and licensed sources that matter in your field: agency sites, award data, news, filings and trade press. We agree the source list with you during scoping. Paid subscriptions you want included stay in your name and at your cost.

What do you mean by a domain?

One defined area you need watched, such as one federal agency, one market or one set of competitors. Stem covers one domain, Cortex covers 2 to 3 related domains and Synapse covers several in one view.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Most clients start on Stem and move up when they want daily coverage, alerts or more users. Upgrading keeps your sources and archive.

How do I cancel?

After the pilot, your engine runs month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice, and ask for an export of your archive during that time.

Get a ballpark in about a minute, or book a call and we’ll scope your domain together.
